Everybody knows Kollywood's super actor Ajith Kumar's fad regarding car races! An experienced car racer, he has driven inside circuits all over India as well as overseas for several races, which includes Formula Asia BMW Championships in 2003. While he sensed some time ago that this particular love for car racing adversely impacted his movie profession, he on your own stopped playing car races.Currently, a Malaysia-based Ajith fan club says that this actor has planned to take part in MRF Formula 1600 International Challenge series being held at Madras Motor Race Track, Irungattukottai, Sriperumputhur on Feb 14. The actual prize cash is Rs. 30 lakhs.
"He would race using the freshly launched MRF F-1600 race car combined with the 'Fastest Indian' F1 racer Narain Karthikeyan as well as rising talent Karan Chandokh. It'll be a 15 lap race. The car is built by MRF’s main tuner J. Anand of Coimbatore and has 1600cc Ford Duratec engine which produces 130bhp," the media note said.
